Most of the codes I provide contain links back to my site but if you wish to modify the credit, that's fine as long as it meets the aforementioned criteria.

2. Please do not redistribute my work. This means that you cannot make my work available for use on your site (even if you credit me for it).

3. Please do not not claim my work as your own. Doing so is considered copyright infringment. Copyright infringment is not only very inconsiderate but it is also illegal, fraudulent, and looked down upon in the graphics community. If you claim work that is not your own, chances are very high that someone will recognize the work as the original creator's. This will result in you being "blacklisted" and your chances of owning a successful graphics site in the future (even if you build one legitimately) will be ruined. So please, don't steal my work or anyone else's!

4. Please do not use graphics on this site which I do not offer for public use. For example, you may not use the background I'm using for my site on any of your pages.

5. All graphics and music are for non commercial (personal) use only. You may not use any of my material on a commercial site (a site that's used to make money or advertise a paid product or service) unless you work out some sort of a deal with me in advance (be prepared to pay in US dollars). I don't mean to sound greedy but it seems very unfair for someone to profit from my graphics, which I make availble to anyone for free, without compensating me.

6. By using my graphics, you agree to indemnify me for any charges or losses I incur resulting from your failure to abide by my terms of use.
